  可以。我们为四人及以上团体提供中文导游服务，请在预订时提出申请，具体安排取决于导游人员的可用性

• What happens if the weather is bad?

  Your safety always comes first. As a QualWorX-audited, certified Adventure Activity Operator, Auckland Sea Kayaks closely monitors weather conditions in the lead-up to every tour and continually reassesses forecasts throughout the day.

  We operate within strict safety operating parameters for wind, sea state and weather conditions. If conditions remain within these limits, your tour will go ahead as planned.

  If the forecast is damp, we provide waterproof paddling jackets and warm fleeces to help keep you comfortable throughout your kayaking experience.

  If weather conditions are unsafe for kayaking, you can choose to:

  • Reschedule to another available tour date, or
  • Receive a full refund if no suitable alternative date is available.

  Because Auckland’s weather can change quickly, the final decision on whether a tour will operate is often made on the day, based on the latest forecasts together with actual wind and sea conditions.
