    William Pike Challenge

Auckland Sea Kayaks proudly partners with the William Pike Challenge to redefine outdoor education. Our marine-focused programs, customizable for schools, encourage students to discover strengths, foster leadership, and embrace collaboration.

Immerse your students in a transformative educational experience with Auckland Sea Kayaks, where we proudly align with the William Pike Challenge to redefine outdoor learning in New Zealand.

Our marine-focused education model is designed to empower students by providing a safe and dynamic environment for exploring the outdoors, all while acquiring vital life skills, fostering water safety and conservation.

Teaming up with the William Pike Challenge, we play a pivotal role in the development of key skills such as self-confidence, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. By encouraging students to step outside their comfort zones, we aim to unearth strengths they may not even be aware of, nurturing a sense of resilience and adaptability.

The William Pike Challenge is more than a program; it’s a journey towards self-discovery and personal growth. We believe that certain skills, such as leadership, responsibility, creativity, and social skills, are best honed beyond the confines of the classroom.

Our customisable programs, conducted at the stunning Mission Bay Beach or a location of your choosing, provide the ideal platform for students to complete their Outdoor Activities part of the Challenge.

Key Information for Education Providers:

  • Marine-based programmes are customisable for each school
  • Onsite and offsite options are available
  • Prices start at $60 per student
  • Our safety management systems are externally audited. We provide a complete set of documents including Risk Management forms to all schools we work with.
